Pam Fox Rollin

Pam Fox Rollin is executive coach and consultant to executives and leadership teams in Silicon Valley and beyond. She works with CXO through Director levels in technology, consulting, healthcare, government, and NGOs. Pam guides executive teams to make differences productive and onboard new leaders successfully. Pam’s IdeaShape clients have included Accenture, Autodesk, Blue Shield of CA, eBay, Genentech/Roche, LinkedIn, Charles Schwab, Verizon, and a variety of small and mid-size companies. Before founding IdeaShape in 1999, Pam guided executives of healthcare and financial service companies through major strategic change with Accenture Strategic Services and Bain & Company; clients included C-level executives at United Health Group, Kaiser Permanente, and Anthem BCBS. Pam is frequently invited to speak on onboarding, executive team effectiveness, and her research into leadership across personality types. Pam also served as a Guest Fellow a nd Master Coach for the Center for Leadership Development & Research at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where she earned her MBA. She is a featured lecturer and coach for executive education at business schools. Pam also co-hosts Weekly Leader, a podcast on leadership research and practice.
